A home in the Roaring Fork Valley that wanted to add a media room and guest bedroom, while maintaining the character of the existing farmhouse style. The constraints were a steep hill to the East side of the home, while the rest of the site was unable to be added to because of the Roaring Fork River and existing garage. New codes did not allow cedar shake roofing.
