river valley ranch river view

This home was designed in the Settlement neighborhood of River Valley Ranch in Carbondale, Colorado. On a small lot with a beautiful river view, the Owners wanted a one story home that took advantage of the location. With the Great Room roof sloping into the center of the house, the view of the river floods into the space.

A TV room is just off of the Great Room, which includes a secret door behind a bookshelf. This door leads to a closet which helps provide extra storage that is not seen. This home is slab on grade construction, keeping it small and efficient.
