This house was designed on a tight lot on the river valley ranch golf course in Carbondale, Colorado. Accommodating golf course views, the house was lifted up to create a little more privacy. The clients requested stucco, but the neighborhood has a restriction on how much can be used. So a combination of stone, stucco and wood siding create a welcoming cottage look.
